Why I love Video Games

My favorite hobby is playing video games with my friends. Video games allow you to connect to people from all over the world and play together as well as make friends. A great feature of Video games is Cross play which allows people from different platforms (Xbox , PC, PS and nintendo switch ) to play with each other but not all games have this. I play on PC and Xbox which allows me to play with people on console and PC. The games I currently play the most are : Overwatch , Rainbow 6 siege , Minecraft , The Witcher 3 , Rocket league , Assassins creed , Jackbox and Borderlands 2. On PC I have: Overwatch , Rainbow 6 siege , Minecraft , The Witcher 3 , Jackbox and Borderlands 2. On Xbox i have: Overwatch , Rainbow 6 siege , Minecraft , Rocket League and Assassins Creed.

My PC has mostly 1 player / open world games as they are more enjoyable with a higher performance device as well as a Monitor. My PC setup consists of a RGB keyboard/ mouse and 2 monitors. My plan for this setup is to get a third monitor , LED strips as well as cable sorters to neaten up under my desk and reduce a tripping hazard. The best thing about the PC is that I get to play with my older brother. He works 2 jobs and studies a lot so I only talk to him when we have dinner. Having a PC allows me to play with him while he's studying or relaxing with his friends which helps grow our bond.

My Xbox has mostly multiplayer games as the majority of my friends are on xbox or consoles. The cross play feature allows me to play games like Minecraft and Rocket League with my friends from the other consoles. On Xbox you are able to put up a Looking For Groups post and select a language and game which gets displayed online for other people viewing LFG posts to see. Anyone that plays the game can see it and join from an invite you send them if they select interested on the post. I like to do this for games like Rainbow Six Siege which is a 5 Vs 5 tactical fps. With 5 people it makes it easier to communicate tactically or mess around , so if I'm by myself with 1 or 2 friends, we put a LFG up and find other people to play with us. LFG`s can also have tags on them which tell people what you're looking for a text bot for people to say who they want (e.g age , chilled or how good they want the other people to be). My favorite game at the moment is Minecraft as me and my friends mess around building or sorts of things or playing mini games like the Hunger Games.
