COPERNI SHOW AND BELLA HADID’S SPRAY-ON DRESS

The Coperni Spring/Summer 2023 Womenswear Show took place on the 30th September in the Salle des Textiles at Paris’s Musée des Arts et Métiers, during Paris Fashion Week. Many A-list celebrities attended the show including: Kylie Jenner who wore a blue, coperni mini dress with matching blue heels, Stas Karanikolaou, Leonie Hanne, Bella Poarch.

STAR OF THE SHOW

Among many other models and outfits, Bella Hadid stole the show by entering the runway almost naked in just heels and underwear. The closing and final look of the show was a spray on dress made of a brand called Fabrican, a spray on fabric made of synthetic polymers. Coperni Founders, Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant were reportedly working with Fabrican Founder Manel Torres to perfect the spray-on effect over the past six months. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, with two people from Fabrican spraying the dress on and a designer from Coperni trimmed the hems, folded the dress over her shoulders and cut a leg slit.
